Choi Chang Production Manager


Military veteran, studied BE electrical engineering. Choi has been in the food service industry for over 20 years and is a trained sushi chef.

Joe Yim District Manager / Logistics


Joe has been in the food service management & purchasing field for more than 20 years. Joe Yim's responsibilities include the management of the GPC Dunwoody location along with being the Director of Purchasing. Joe makes sure that Smurti Corporation gets the right product at the right quality on a stable consistency at all of its locations.

Britte Davis Nutrition Manager


Britte had over 20yrs of experience in the food service industry. She had mamaged franchise location for 9yrs. 5 years of experience working at Atlanta Public school. Received manager of the year award from APS twice.



Mind Belcher Registered Dietitian


Mindy Belcher is Registered Dietitian with over 16 years of experience in various fields. Her experience includes wellness, pediatrics, adult clinical care, recipe development, menu planning, and more.  She graduated from Auburn University with a degree in Nutrition and Food Sciences and completed her Dietetics Internship and Masters Degree from Mississippi State University
